By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IBN ZELT. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

IBN ZELT provides digital accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services specifically designed for Malaysian businesses and individuals. Our services include:

Tax preparation, planning, and compliance services
Financial statement preparation and analysis
Document management and e-signature solutions
AI-powered financial insights and reporting
Automated reminders and notification systems
Client portal and dashboard access

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account

Account Security

Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
Do not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
Log out of your account when using shared or public devices
Report any security concerns or suspicious activity immediately

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Information Accuracy

Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information
Ensure all uploaded documents are legitimate and unaltered
Notify us promptly of any changes to your business or financial situation
Maintain proper business records and documentation

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activities
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Share confidential information belonging to other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

6. Payment Terms and Billing

Service fees are as specified in your service agreement or pricing page
Payment is due according to the billing cycle selected (monthly/annual)
All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified
Late payment may result in service suspension or additional charges

Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by our authorized payment service provider:

We use Curlec (a subsidiary of Razorpay) for secure payment processing
Accepted payment methods include FPX (Online Banking), credit/debit cards, and e-wallets
All payment transactions are secured with bank-level encryption
Recurring payments may be set up for subscription services with your consent
Payment confirmations will be sent via email upon successful transactions
Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved

Refunds and Cancellation

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription services

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
Completed work and delivered services are generally non-refundable
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-14 business days

8. Intellectual Property Rights

IBN ZELT retains all rights to:

Platform software, code, and technology
Service methodologies and processes
Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
Proprietary tools and applications

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your business data and financial information
You grant us limited rights to use your data to provide services
You may export your data upon reasonable notice
We will return or destroy your data upon service termination

9. Data Protection and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your confidential information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law:

Professional confidentiality standards apply to all client information
Data is encrypted and stored securely using industry best practices
Access is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
We comply with Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You remain responsible for all outstanding fees and obligations
You may request data export before termination

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms or our policies
Fail to pay fees when due
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Breach confidentiality or security requirements

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation as the first step
Mediation if direct negotiation fails
Arbitration or Malaysian court proceedings as appropriate
Jurisdiction in the courts of Malaysia

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
